New TV Hottie....

It's been awhile since I've come across any new unknown hotties on tv. But tonight, I came across (I wish) Walter Perez on Cold Case.

This 28 year old hottie grew up in South Gate in Southern California. He has a BA in Criminal Justice from Cal State-Fullerton. He's recently been in episodes of CSI: Miami, The Closer, and Friday Night Lights. He also starred in a little indie film called Emilio.
