A former CHP officer is in deep shit after accepting sexual favors in return for fixing a ticket. The San Diego DA's office charged Abram Carabajal with perjury, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and accepting a bribe. Carabajal allegedly lied when he stated he did not receive a summons to come to court to discuss the ticket, which led the court to dismiss the ticket. Carabajal and the female driver allegedly had sex in a hotel room after the case was dismissed.
Both face charges and jail time over this.
Seems like a lot of trouble to go through to get a ticket dismissed on her part. And seems like a lot of trouble to go through for some nookie on his part. I hope she was hot.
