Alan J. Stock, Chairman of the Cinemark Corporation, donated $9,999 to the "Yes on 8" campaign.“ Cinemark is based in Plano, Texas and owns Cinemark, Century, CineArts and Tinseltown Theaters.
Stock is an active moron, I mean mormon. As such, the obligatory tithe from his reported $7,900,000 income would be $790,000 every year.
No more Cinemark for me. Not that big of a loss. Cinemark and Tinseltown are pretty shitty theaters. But, I sure am going to miss Century. I love the one downtown in San Francisco Center, and the one in Daly City
Oh well, I'm a big fan of AMC, so I'll be spending my money there.
This is where we can hit them hard. Nobody has the discretionary income that we do. Discretionary income = movies, travel, dining out, etc.
Payback is a drag queen in stiletto heels, and she is pissed!
